| Young attorneys will work on the essential skills of public speaking and how to consider multiple perspectives as they perform skits, plays, and reader’s theater pieces. This program incorporate legal leaning as our attorneys examine that there are sometimes two (or more!) sides to every story. We bring our learning together on the last day with a final performance. | Our attorneys will definitely have their day in court as they put famous fairy tale characters on trial. For example, they may have heard the story of Goldilocks and The Three bears but should Goldilocks actually be held accountable for trespass? At camp, we are anxious to see how this will all unfold! Students will explore many parts of the legal system, from learning the roles in a courtroom to writing closing statements. At the same time, they will be building communication skills, learning to identify multiple perspectives, and think critically. *Interns and Seniors may have some overlapping activities but Interns are in a different grouping keeping in mind the level of support they may need |

| Daily Morning Meetings to build culture, lasting memories and friendships! Brain Breaks! It's summer after all so let's PLAY! Brain Breaks allow us to transition between curriculum activities. Brain Breaks feature classic camp games as well as unique activities that follow the weekly theme. We also encourage our staff to be their authentic selves by hosting games/activities near and dear to them. Fun Friday Celebrations! Every Friday we acknowledge the success of our campers and host a much deserved water day to cool off from the summer heat! |
