Camp Brainy Bunch is proud to continue our tradition of offering need-based tuition assistance to families who can demonstrate financial need. In recent years Education Unlimited and Camp Brainy Bunch have awarded tens of thousands of dollars per year in need-based aid to students who wish to attend our programs. Please see below for details about the program and how you can apply.

To Apply: 

• CLICK HERE to download a tuition assistance application.
  
• Apply for the camp of your choice and pay only the program deposit at the time of application. For Camp Brainy Bunch, the deposit is $297 per week. Use code 2023TUITIONASSISTANCE50 at checkout to temporarily reduce the amount due so that you can check out at the 50% deposit price. 
  
• Submit your completed Tuition Assistance Application within 5 days of applying for camp. 
  
• Submit a copy of your 2022 and 2023 tax returns as soon as they are available. 
  
• Priority consideration will be given to complete applications received before May 1 of each year. Decisions are generally sent 7-10 days after an application is submitted.

Refund of deposit:
Tuition assistance deposits are fully refundable provided all of the following are true: 

1. Your application for tuition assistance was received within 5 days of applying for camp.
2. Your 2021 and 2022 tax returns were received within 5 days of applying for camp or by May 15, whichever comes last
3. You notify us of your desire to cancel your registration within 10 days of applying to camp.

Please note that under our normal refund policy all families are entitled to a full refund of their fees if they cancel their registration before April 1.

Important Information:

Tuition assistance awards will not exceed 50% of the total program tuition and may only be applied to Camp Brainy Bunch programs.

Awards are issued solely at the discretion of the Education Unlimited and Camp Brainy Bunch Tuition Assistance Committees and the Executive Director.
